Selling Fees

1. Sole Agency Selling

Fee is 1.2% + vat of the final agreed sale price and is only paid after completion. For example, if a property sells for £300,000 then the fee would be £3600 + vat = £4320 – Fee includes marketing costs and fee for finding a successful buyer.

2. Joint Agency Selling (2 agents in total)

Fee is 1.35% + vat of the final agreed sale price and is only paid after completion. For example, if a property sells for £300,000 then the fee would be £4050 + vat = £4860 – Fee includes marketing costs and fee for finding a successful buyer.

3. Multiple Agency Selling (More than 2 agents)

Fee is 1.5% + vat of the final agreed sale price and is only paid after completion. For example, is a property sells for £300,000 then the fee would be £4500 + vat = £5400 – Fee includes marketing costs and fee for finding a successful buyer.
